MEDIA IMPACT, here referred as Bidvance is a Netherland based company with the Registration ID number 81795971, and domicile at Jonkerbosplein 52, 6534 AB Nijmegen, Netherland.

Why have this Privacy Policy?

It is because we want to make our privacy rules and our treatment of personal data, which we collect and process, with your consent, in strict compliance with and enforcement of the Personal Data Protection Act, known to our customers.

Bidvance complies with best practices in the field of safety and protection of personal data and to this end has approved a demanding program, capable of safeguarding the protection of data made available to us by anyone that somehow pertains to the company.

In this context, Bidvance has a privacy committee and personal data protection representative responsible for the implementation and verification of this privacy policy and the definition of clear rules for personal data processing, ensuring that all who entrust us with the processing of their personal data know how the company processes the data and what rights they have in this area.

The rules set out in this privacy policy complement the provisions for protection and processing of personal data in contracts that customers celebrate with Bidvance, as well as the rules laid down in the Terms and Conditions governing the supply of various products and services provided by Bidvance.

Bidvance does not sell any personal data from customers.

What does this Privacy Policy cover?

This Privacy Policy applies only to the collection and processing of personal data carried out by Bidvance.

On the websites of Bidvance you can find links to access other websites that are unrelated to Bidvance. The provision of such links is done in good faith and Bidvance cannot be held responsible for the collection and processing of personal data carried out on these websites, nor be held liable for the accuracy, credibility and functionality of websites belonging to third parties.

What is personal data?

What information do we collect?

Bidvance, as part of its activity, collects and processes personal data necessary for the provision of services and / or supply of products, addressing in that context data such as name, address, phone number and email address.

Subject to compliance with the law concerning conservation and transmission of data for the purpose of investigation, detection and prosecution of serious crime, Bidvance only advances to processing of traffic and location data when necessary for customer billing and payment of connections.

  • Billing Information: bank account number, e-mail address (online payments), billing address;

  • Social security number, Company number, Passport number, Company name, Business type;

  • Cookies and deviceIDs (digital fingerprints) for retargeting and capping purposes;

If there is prior consent from the customer or the user, which may be retracted at any time, Bidvance will process the respective data traffic and location to the extent and for the time necessary for marketing of electronic communications services or the provision of added value services.

The entity responsible for the collection and processing of personal data is Bidvance which provides the service and in this context decides which data is collected, the method of processing the data and the purposes for which it is used.

This is the company responsible for the data that’s collected and complying with the EU Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parlament and Board, on April 27th of 2016 (RGPD).

When and how do we collect your data?

Bidvance collects its data on the moment the customer sign-ups in our website, with the customer’s consent.

Some details are mandatory and if they are not provided or are incomplete, Bidvance may refuse to provide the product or service concerned and will inform the customers of the mandatory nature of data provision.

Personal data is processed by computer and in strict compliance with personal data protection legislation and stored in a specific database created for this purpose and under no circumstances will the collected data be used for any purpose other than that for which consent was given by the data provider.

Data transfer or sharing

The data collected by Bidvance can be stored, shared and communicated to other companies affiliated with Bidvance. In case the data is shared/transfered, those companies are identified and the confidentiality, security and protection of your data will be guaranteed.

Your personal data can also be shared with legal authorities that might require them.

The data collected by Bidvance will be treated within EEE and abroad. In case the data is shared outside the EEE, the data protection provided by the GDPR follows the data and it’s assured that at least on the following will be respected:

How long do we keep your personal data?

Bidvance comites to taking all the necessary measures to prevent and secure the data that’s collected and treated, preventing them from being damaged, destroyed or even stolen. However, we don’t control every risk associated with internet usage, so there’s always risks associated with the usage of internet and data sharing online.

Your rights

According to the law in force, the users have the right to access their personal data free of costs anytime they want.

We can also provide to our users, in a digital format, a copy of their personal data explaining what have we collected, where we’re using it and who has access to it.

If the data sharing has on it’s basis a consent or contract, the user/owner of the data can ask for their data back or even to share it with another company. This is called the right of data portability.

How do we use “cookies”?

Cookies do not store personal information. We only collect information related to the preferences of the user. The user can, at anytime, block that information sharing through his browser.
